Proposal for ABC
Prepared for ABC Business Sales

BusinessSales proposal for ABC Business Sales

Grow faster, win more listings and sell more businesses with the BusinessSales platform.

You don't need another disconnected tool. You need one operating layer for listings, buyers, vendors, broker follow-up, marketing, reporting, and management visibility.

Why this matters

Sell more businesses Improve deal velocity for brokers to enable them to sell more businesses.
Leverage your data 80+ manual touchpoints mean data is scattered across multiple systems, making it difficult to leverage to gain a competitive advantage.
Attract the best talent Vendors and brokers expect the best systems to deliver a confidence-building sales experience.
There are 80+ manual touchpoints throughout your current listing structure.
Simplified current structure ABC Business Sales current overly complex system structure

The cost of staying where you are

80+ manual touchpoints are not just admin friction.

Each manual touchpoint creates a chance for buyer intent to be lost, vendor follow-up to slow down, marketing data to disappear, or a broker to spend time chasing information instead of selling.

Lost buyer intent

Search behaviour, listing views, enquiry sources, and CA progress are not consistently connected to the buyer record.

Slower deal velocity

Brokers, admin, legal, marketing, and accounts rely on handoffs instead of live workflow states and automations.

Higher staff frustration

Good people spend too much time chasing updates, checking workarounds, and fixing gaps between disconnected systems.

Lower broker leverage

Brokers spend too much time depending on admin, inboxes, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools.

Not just a cleaner system

The opportunity is a better brokerage: faster deal velocity, higher listing win rates, stronger referral networks, and a team that spends more time selling than fighting systems.

Why BusinessSales can deliver

BusinessSales is already built for this.

This is not a speculative CRM build.

You would be extending a working BusinessSales platform ($6.6B in businesses listed) with the same team that delivered ABC Hub, using capability that already exists across listings, buyers, vendors, documents, reporting, and broker workflow.

Existing listing and broker workflow

BusinessSales already has listing management, broker dashboards, tasks, notes, enquiries, and workflow states.

Existing CA signing and dataroom capability

BusinessSales already supports confidentiality signing, buyer access, document rooms, permissions, and view analytics.

Build on the ABC Hub success

The same team that delivered ABC Hub will apply our proven approach to system implementation and the BusinessSales platform to help you grow faster.

Existing vendor reporting foundation

BusinessSales already has vendor reporting surfaces that can combine listing views, enquiries, broker details, document access, and campaign data.

Adaptation, not speculation

The project extends existing BusinessSales capability for your workflow rather than starting from a blank CRM build.

Growth constraint

ABC has grown, but the systems have not kept up.

What your team has pulled off without a dedicated system is impressive. But the gaps are starting to compound with manual processes, double handling and brittle systems slowing you down and causing frustration. The BusinessSales platform will keep what is working while giving you a solid system foundation to move faster, follow up better, and present ABC Business Sales as the most capable business brokerage in the market.

Better systems will help ABC Business Sales win listings and sell more businesses

Hidden cost

The biggest risk is the data ABC never gets to see.

Good people and good data are the heart of a modern brokerage. When activity is spread across Property Suite, JotForm, Smartsheet, Pipedrive, spreadsheets, forms, files, and manual processes, you lose the connected view that should compound over time. Some problems are visible: double handling, handover gaps, slow follow-up, and manual re-entry. The bigger cost is the data that is never captured cleanly: which listings a buyer has not seen, where the best buyers come from, which enquiries convert, which campaigns create qualified interest, and where follow-up is falling behind. That hidden data gap limits deal velocity, broker leverage, vendor confidence, and the management visibility needed to keep improving the brokerage.

Better data leads to better matches and faster sales in a self-reinforcing cycle

Website constraint

You need to be able to edit your own website.

The website should be one of the strongest sales assets for ABC Business Sales, but Property Suite makes it hard to move quickly, test improvements, change buyer journeys, refine listing presentation, or measure what is actually converting. That limits the marketing team's ability to experiment, iterate and deliver meaningful improvements to grow the business. ABC Business Sales needs a website and sales platform that can change at the speed of the business, not only at the speed of the system vendor.

A website you can quickly and easily improve becomes a compounding competitive advantage

End state

Operational excellence as a competitive advantage.

Imagine a brokerage where everything just works. The end state is not just a cleaner internal system. It is a better sales experience for the people you need to win, compounding into a durable competitive advantage in the long term as today’s buyers become tomorrow’s sellers. The result is faster deal velocity, higher listing win rates, stronger referral networks, and a team that spends far more time selling than fighting systems. That is how ABC Business Sales transforms a systems upgrade into a genuine, durable competitive advantage.

Not just a better system - but a better brokerage.

Implementation

Untangling the complexity.

You don't need a generic software rollout. You need a team embedded close enough to the business to understand how the work actually gets done, where the manual process lives, and which system constraints are creating the most drag. At BusinessSales we call this a technical implementation team: one full-time senior developer, supported by a part-time project lead to manage scope, priorities, communication, and delivery rhythm. We start with the quick wins and biggest issues, clean up the data paths, replace brittle handovers, and build the workflows and integrations to deliver a seamless migration. This is how years of accumulated system complexity is unwound without stopping the business from selling.

ABC Hub proved the model - and delivered a system that brokers love. The opportunity now is to take the same model beyond one project and apply it across the systems that shape every process.

Implementation path

A practical path that follows the data to improve sales capability before cutover.

2

Website and "front door" experience

Every day with your current website is a missed opportunity to capture more data about buyers and sellers which can't be recovered - so we start there. We will build & launch a stronger market-facing website experience with deeply integrated tracking to capture enquiry source, buyer intent and page views, attribution, and give your marketing team the tools they need to make data-driven decisions.

3

Workflow automation

The best systems are the ones you don't have to use. We get it - brokers are busy and they never update the CRM. BusinessSales is built to work around that reality, with automation that captures data, updates records, and moves the deal forward without relying on manual entry. Our technical implementation team will migrate your workflows and integrations one step at a time, replacing manual processes while ensuring a clean source of truth and clear operations for your teams. This includes vendor reports and automating the listing marketing processes that are currently manual.

4

Source-of-truth migration

Once the workflow automations are in place, we will migrate the source-of-truth data into the BusinessSales platform and replace the old systems.

5

Reporting and visibility

Enable internal stakeholders - brokers, marketing, finance, and management - with live reporting that supports better decisions, better follow-up, and stronger sales outcomes.

6

Handover & continuous improvement

You will be operating the new system post-migration and will be able to leverage the new capabilities and data to drive continuous improvement. Support is part of the package and we will ensure you have the tools, training and confidence to take the system forward and continue to evolve it to meet the needs of the business as it grows.
